Poor service – My sister and I were in MN visiting our mother and made 3 appointments at the spa. The day before we were scheduled we found out there was a mix-up and they accidently cancelled 2 of the appointments--even though we had confirmation and had the names of the people we were scheduled with. After much back and forth they said they could "squeeze" 2 of us in, but the third would not be able to get an appointment. Obviously this was not acceptable so we had to forfit our trip to the spa.
