I have to agree with other numerous unsatisfactory customer service reviews of Sanctuary Salon in Eden Prairie, MN. I am taking the time to write a review of my second bad experience I had at this salon. What was good in experience with a relaxing massage turned into a terrible customer experience with the front desk person, Kiajarra at the Sanctuary Spa, Prairie Center Drive location.
