Samantha the color goddess! – After so many horrifyinig experiences at twin city area salons, i've finally found my perfect match. Samantha is incedibly talented and of course so fun to hang out with for solid hour or two in the salon. The Salon is beautiful with a garden in the center, and I have never had a bad experience at the front desk.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! HORRIBLE SERVICE! – Your appointment will surely be cancelled or moved or nonexistant when you arrive - and they will blame you and tell you it must have been how you communicated the request. Then the management will SAY they will do something for you like a free pedicure, and then you will get nothing but 10% off. The massage therapist will talk through your service, and the shower won't drain in the dressing room, and you will pay through the nose for this kind of service. Thank you! – I have been going to the Sanctuary Salonspa for several years. I just happened to go on this page and decided I needed to add my input. The Sanctuary continues to get better all the time with new services and special experiences. For example, this last summer they added outdoor massage to their services! They set up a private outdoor area for giving massages. It is beautiful back there and when getting a massage - it is hard to imagine you are in Minnesota. Don't go here if it's for an important event! – I had my wedding appt and the stylist called in sick. Okay...it happens. I was then scheduled with a less experienced stylist (She had never done a bride before!) and paid the higher cost for the original stylist! They didn't let me know that I had overpaid. When I found out & called, the manager of the salon couldn't even bother him/herself to call me. I spoke to a very helpful person. What a relief! – The design and feel of this spa was excellent. You feel that you are in a place of relaxation and pampering when you first walk into the lobby. The colors and design are both pleasing and soothing. The counter help was both helpful and friendly. The massage room was calming and comfortable, (but for brief moment, you could hear the people in the next room). I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a long or brief retreat.
Awesome Spa! – I have went to the Sanctuary several times over the past few years. I also previously went to Spalone Montage and feel that the Sanctuary is a step up in every way. Their bathroom has a wonderful steam shower (that you can use for free!) You are charged for that service at Spalone. They also have tons of products for you to try that are available in the bathroom to use following your massage. The Aveda products and the Aveda tea are a huge plus as well!
Loved it! – I love going to the Sanctuary Salonspa. I have been a client there for over two years and the facility and the services get better every time! The employees are very customer service oriented and really seem to enjoy being there and working on their clients. They are the best! The menu offers many services that are reasonably priced for what they do!
Sanctuary - The name explains it – The Sanctuary really is a beautiful place to go and be pampered. It's contemporary interior, excellent staff, and easy parking make this salon easy to get into and a pleasure to stay at.
