I had the misfortune of living in the Uptown building when it was managed by Greystar. Their on site representative Jeffery B***** made it a nightmare. He begged us to write positive reviews across multiple platforms about how great the living experience was, before we even moved in. It was all in effort to artificially inflate ratings for the property after they got a deserved negative review complaining about smokers on the property. I was really excited to learn that the apartments I had recently applied for (Avana G******) would be taken over by this company. I was excited for all the new changes. It has now been 3 months and nothing but a couple splotches of new paint on some buildings (assuming to test the color) and a new sign for the leasing office. The most horrendous place you can live. The management is very corrupt. I have had so many unexplained entries to my appartment and things go missing . They do not give you 48 Hours it is every week. The last one was 7 Days stated they could come in could come in at any time from early morning to late night. Due to my health and my daughter's it has made it hard for me to work because I work at night and try to sleep during the day. They are horrible! They play so many games.
