This is the worst company you could rent from Ive been here for a little while an their has not been anything good They charge you for everything possible then not only that they make you pay rent for your dog an you cant keep it nor let it go on the patio This place is ran down the managers are focused on the wrong things they should worry about the fights car theft an ect..I dnt recommend anyone to move in these high price ghetto apartments

******************* is like living in a prison and the manager is the warden! She promises things and never follows through. She's a little ******* She threatened us with eviction and never said why! We were very active in the community. We did the directory since they wouldn't. We showed 3 movies a week using our apps. We planned many resident led events and started karaoke. My experience with the Westside property has been unsettling since the beginning of the lease. I tried to go talk to management and I was treated with hostility in response as I wanted to resolve my issues and questions. The contact info for the regional manager or someone above was denied and hidden. I went to ask why the gate was not functioning properly, and property maintenance was lacking. as my amenity fees and everyone else have been paid consistently. Lived in ********** ** for going on 4 years, rent was ****, during covid it went up to **** and now our new rent starting **** is **** , keep in mind , our apartment will not be renovated, it has plumbing problems, toliet over floods once a month they never really do anything about it so we stop calling, they have ***** problems and tub is peeling, MOSIAC APARTMENTS in ********** is incompetent, they never have a steady manager there, most managers are looking over 2 and 3 property's. GreyStar is among the worst human beings on earth. They bought our apartment building and raised our rent by $300 a month! Unfortunately, in MA there are NO LAWS against this kind of rent increase and this company knows it. No choice but to keep signing another lease because this company bought other buildings in the area to the rent is the same in an worst area. So I have been living at ******************************* in ************, ** for about 1 month or so. When I do reviews I try to be very objective. The units that have been refreshed with new kitchens and baths are quite lovely and it is a very convenient location. Here is the downside, I selected the first floor so I wouldn't have to go up three flights of stairs. Terminated lease due to unsafe and unhealthy living conditions many complaints in the 7 months and numerous calls to security on tenants above me Apt **** Gave my 30 day notice and move out no damages to Apt but no deposit returned as they falsely say I did a lease but out.Untrue statement by Trevi Mgmt

This all happened during COVID complex had no check in process or check out process in person.Check in door was left unlocked and process same at termination

Our building is just two years old and already we've experienced several building and construction catastrophes including severe rain flooding to the ground level units which is now an ongoing occurrence met with very delayed action from GREYSTAR to rectify the issues for residents. In our first year as residents, and PRIOR to the sale of our building to its parent company, GREYSTAR, we were impressed with the prompt response and action the management and maintenance teams took with each issue we faced.
