Alexa (and other girls) from the lab spoke and laughed about my confidential information out loud. On the 26th of November 2025 around 12:40 pm - 1 pm, I had a few tests done. This is wrt lab. I went fasting for doing some tests, they missed completely doing one set of basic tests like cholestrol, A1C etc. Now they want me to go again for tests. There is no sense of accountability and responsibility here.
Always wrong billing codes, using your old insurance, extremely unprofessional. Because of that you always get a surprise bill, and have to fight your way through to make corrections
This review is for the front desk Teresa Vinaya. She mistook the dates on one of the lab tests which resulted in my wife having to do an extra blood draw which would have been unnecessary. Her attitude was nonchalant only admitted to the mistake after I confronted her with the issue. Her attitude and not admitting to the mistake upfront was very unprofessional.
