Front staff is kinda rude
Alexa (and other girls) from the lab spoke and laughed about my confidential information out loud. On the 26th of November 2025 around 12:40 pm - 1 pm, I had a few tests done. When I went to sit in the lobby (to drink water for my urine test), I heard her talk and quickly laugh about a specific test I was embarrassed about with her female coworkers at the front desk. This is wrt lab. I went fasting for doing some tests, they missed completely doing one set of basic tests like cholestrol, A1C etc. Now they want me to go again for tests. There is no sense of accountability and responsibility here.
Always wrong billing codes, using your old insurance, extremely unprofessional. Because of that you always get a surprise bill, and have to fight your way through to make corrections
