Lab department is so terrible. I have appointment but , when I checked in the lab, it took more than 1/2 hour. The line are getting longer and longer, but the receptionist is so slow, one lady stood in front of me , but it was more than 20 minutes for that’s lady checked in. My appointment was 8:00 am , and I already checked in online at AZ arrival. However, when they called me in for blood drew at 9:00 am. I feel confident continuing my care here and truly look forward to future visits. Highly recommend. We found out we were pregnant in August 2024 and decided to try Sutter Health for our care. Phones don’t work but getting blood work done is easy. I really like a Nurse Practitioner I see at this office. And the remodel looks nice. I’m trying to get in for Primary Care and the waitlist is very long. Last doctor I saw there was way too intense and blocked medical treatment. Judging from the reviews they could do better at greeting patients, coding, billing, warning patients of costs, offering financial help, and maybe suggesting free clinics.
