Nice airport. Flown a lot for work and pleasure and this is one of the best. Clean neat and easy to get around. Nice to have an airport close to the downtown area Great time visiting San Antonio and it started and ended with your airport

If you think this airport isn't a clean inviting environment you don't travel The parking situation is under improvement and that can cause some inconvenience but when it's done this will be a world class small airport
Need more comfortable adult beverage spots. I prefer most other Texas airports over this one.
I am from the UK and moved to San Antonio. I was picking up my elderly mum and dad and was parked in the pick up bay for 1 minute on the phone outside my car trying to locate my parents. Lots more people parked in front of me for much longer. Traffic cop comes and without hesitation issues me a ticket. Did not care for any explanation or the fact I had been there 30 secs and my parents walk slow. I hope I made his day issuing me with a $35 fine for pure discrimination. Airport was very clean. Plenty of seating while your waiting for your flight. Most important, lots of security so u feel extra safe.
Employees were rude waiting to check our bags was the slowest I have ever dealt with.
Employees were rude and the layout of the arrival pick-up area is ridiculous.
I am a person with disabilities (amputee ONELEG in crutches), An official sent me to a room, there they asked me many questions. WHAT DAMAGE CAN MAKE A U.S.A. limited person in their physical functions?.
