This has been the worst experience I've ever had at an airport. I flew Frontier and believe me I will never fly it again. There are people who don't speak english very well and they charge for luggage, what the fuck. Those people need to go back to Afghanistan or Africa and get Americans who speak English working there.

Airport was clean and the restaurants were a great improvement over the past. My complaint is I was offered a ride from one of the C terminals to the other side for my departure gate. After getting a board the cart and starting off I was informed by the operator that he worked for tips and was expected to tip for the ride. Upon asking if he got paid for working he said the pay was five dollars a hour. It's not the money it was that I was left feeling hustled. I think the airport is fine.. but they do need to make a smoking section.. and also they need more flights nonstop to NY! hate changing planes,, and also they need to have free wifi, Tv screens for us to be able to watch a movie.. music for us to listen to.. Like delta has~ otherwise Southwest is fine! just keep your prices low..

The only thing that I can think of that would be a draw back would be where the rental car places are. The airport itself is great. Gates can be gotten to fast and easy.

I like easy to read signs and plenty of food at reasonable prices and the staff were awesome.. quick to answer questions of any passenger... made our trip start of great

My first time flying since i was a child. The staff was very helpful even the cleaning staff to ensure I got to where I needed to go. It was clean and I was surprised to see so many restaurants and stores.
