Everyone was very polite. I always have great service when I fly Soutwest Airlines. American Airlines are another story. I would' nt recommend them to my worst enemy!!! Airport personnel were very polite and helpful.

Walked from the far rear of parking garage past elevators to get to the elevators closest to the opposite side so to walk to the terminal. Both elevators were busted! Had to then walk to other elevators again then walk along bottom floor to get to terminal. Ended up waiting 5 min for the free shuttle. Disgraceful considering the fact that every month I visit this airport and there is at least one to two elevators out of service. I think they wait until 2 or more are broke before somebody is called in to repair.

Airport police are only trying to do their jobs. People arrive and open doors of their cars without looking. It's a hazzard and the police keep people from getting into accidents. Agents and personnel are trying to get everyone where they need to be. Travelers are often clueless once they get inside. They leave their brains at home. These are just people trying to keep travelers safe! Employees deal with a lot of issues and today's society is ruthless. If everyone would do right we'd all be more understanding and try harder ... read more
