My husband and I had a great experience and a good laugh on yesterday! Of course both me and my husband are STEELERS fans and the guy at security says "hey I can tell you love the STEELERS" I said that's right! He goes by the time you come out the scan machine you will be a cowboys fan. I turned and looked at my husband and said honey go get our luggage because we are leaving. Would give 5 stars except for all the construction.
The only airport that you can get in & out of in under an hour!
We weren't there long, just on a layover but we got off the plane to use the restroom and get food. The food lines were long, Auntie Ann's had burnt pretzel dogs and it was going to be too long to wait for more, so we just got back on the plane.
Security was very polite and prompt every time I've gone. Plane is always on time to leave and early to arrive. No waiting for a gate to come available when you land either, you taxi right to a gate. Best airport ever.
That was the first time that I flight by this airport and I haven't any complaint. Was an excellent experience for me and my boyfriend. Very clean, and quieted.
I was traveling with my 5 year old who has a sensory processing disorder and the interaction with ALL of the staff was thoughtful, understanding and welcoming. This stressed out Mom really appreciated the extra mile they all went.
Nice airport. Good food choices, clean restrooms, and power outlets in the waiting area.
