Excellent Southwest curbside check-in. Only took me 20 minutes!!! That has never been the case for me at ANY airport. I thank u San Antonio

Had a great experience while picking up my daughter from the airport last night. We got a bit turned around when trying to get out to the parking garage and accidentally went upstairs. There was a police officer who asked us where we were trying to go and helped make sure we got back on track. The shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful as well.
I asked a security officer whereas designated smoking area was, and he said to me "NO ENGLISH!" It felt like I was in a different country.
Everything & Everyone were rude, unfriendly, hotels were a disgrace and unclean. A very bad experience and I will not return for any future conventions
