Improvements inside the terminals are good but by the time you negotiate the poor signage in the parking lots and are rudely treated by the officers at the curb its hard to care about the interior. Improve the drop off and pick up situation ASAP if you really have any consideration for your customers.
First time in San Antonio Airport and for me has been The most efficient airport I have visited, including the major airports in North America, Central and South America and Europe.
I love my TSA pre-screen. The other line today was long. TSA long but shorter than the other line. Friendly folks doing a thankless job but keeping us safe. Thanks
How come there is no drinking water available for the customer. You have a drinking water fountain that is broken by the restrooms and when I asked a driver for drinking water he pointed to the drinking fountain and he responded the fountain has been broken for a while now! This is something about airport security parking. Airport parking ftw
Easy in easy out.....people always wanna bitch about something which in turn makes them look like idiots....flew in from Chicago got back asides from the line to south west airlines check-in was simple got in and out during spring break with 0 issues...so in turn any fool who gave 1 star and complained need to be expelled from the United States for being stupid....that is all
Going through some growing pains..More confusing leaving the airport to get on the interstate, than it is coming to the airport. Love that they are building a parking deck so you can drop off rentals easier.
Think its a easy going airport it might be because its a small airpoirt.
