I have been coming to this airport all my life and I've never had any real problems. Although, sometimes the people at the front desk tell you that your gonna make your flight.... then when you get there, the plane is already gone. But otherwise..... great airport
Very disappointing that the pre check line has been closed the last few times I've flown and I'm flying every week. It is closed way too often. If this is going to continue you need a better option for accommodating your frequent flyers! We depend on these benefits and plan accordingly. Good Morning!
Made it through all the lines very quickly. Gorgeous airport. Friendly, helpful people.
Good and clean. RIP AND TEAR. Nice atmosphere. Texas is to hot and to cultural.
Please do not park at this airport! The onsite parking is terrible with the construction. Short term is closed. Long term is constantly full. Green lot is shared with employees. Shuttle buses are miserable. ... try to get your luggage up those narrow stairs by yourself. The signage approaching and onsite is nearly non-existent. ... Take a cab, use the off site lots or have someone drive you....
Lame early in the morning for a vacation destination. I'm in Reno at this moment in their airport......and EVERY THING is open. Restaurants, shops, bars and news stands! At 5 a.m. at SAT only a couple of places open with huge lines.
I had no problems at the San Antonio Airport no delays very nice people enjoyed every minute
Friendly staff from tickets agents to TSA and everyone in between.
Great place,busy all the time.
