It's easy to get through the Terminals and TSA
Parking garage is disgusting. Poor signage directs parkers who think they are going into long term parking, but directs them to hourly parking, where the charge is 4 times higher. Poor management,
Nice airport
Long lines at Southwest but thing moved very fast and security was great, looked like a long line but running like clockwork. Thanks to everyone who work so hard to get travelers where they're going.
I think it's the best. Larger airports have a lot of draw backs. My only grip about those is having to walk practically the entire runway to get to your connecting flight, at 71 yrs I can't run through airports.
San Antonio airport has the rudest traffic police at the airport. I had several encounters with the same officer just simply trying to cross a cross walk or picking up arrivals. When visitors are trying to cross, he will scream, "can you read! I am a police officer and you have to listen to me or I will start writing." I have pride in San Antonio but if I was a visitor I would feel unwelcome especially with that being your first interaction in the city. He has no respect for civilians and does not deserve wearing that badge.... read more
