Beautiful facility with great employees. Most importantly; the restrooms were spotless!
Terrible signage (fancy and expensive signs, but not properly placed or not enough information on it). Beautiful decorations but horrible access (from parking to drop off, to going around). The elevators in the long term parking are a disgrace. They should seriously consider different architects. Just visit Denver's International Airpor (DIA) or Mexico City's airport (the largest city in the world) and learn what an airport should be like. Too much money invested in looks and not funcionality...
As I sit in "La Gloria" having a cocktail and reading comments I must say the San Antonio airport has been one of the more enjoyable ones I've been to in the U.S. Thank you Texas!
Internet sucks. And what is this at gate A8, on Monday 9/28!
Seriously Terminal A and B are cemented together but not connected for passengers airside. WTF? Just stupid but makes sense since the city owns and operates the Airport. I'll take AUS any day over SAT.
Small airport with long lines. TSA needs to get people Thru faster. Restaurant choices are poor. But very clean and appears to be something big coming w all the construction out front.
