San Antonio TSA is always extremely rude. I'm from here and this is the only airport I've experienced this type of unnecessary behavior. They literally threw my daughters instrument without any regard. Very dissapointed in their behavior, we always dread our own city's check point. I know they have a job to do, and we appreciate the effort to keep us safe, they just need to learn there is a right way to do things.

The best airport in the world. I would love to see the courteous people from San Antonio in every airport.
Overall really good experience. The TSA agents were really nice and willing to help. They were polite, especially since there were a group of ladies they had to swab and whatnot. The only reason I didn't do five stars is that the Starbucks was a huge disappointment. The baristas were very aloof and disconnected. The young man who took my drink order was refreshingly polite, but the ladies were rude, took their time in a way that came off as them not caring. One of the girls was even cussing.
