I always have a friendly and speedy experience going through the various stations at SAT. Everyone makes what could be an extremely stressful ordeal, a smooth and efficient one. Keep up the great work!
Great airport. TSA lines usually short, if there is one at all.
The lack of places to sit was a downfall. People sitting on the floor, just didn't seem to be enough places to sit. Food court, all the tables where push together and people who sat there put their bags on the table or the chair next to them. The table with the outlets had no chairs at all. But overall everyone was nice. Didn't have any problem with TSA and everyone was friendly.

The staff was very friendly nice clean beautiful airport but my luggage was lost between the transition to Dallas to Lubbock I need my bags important things in there!!
The construction mess on the outside was horrendous! If it wasn't for my daughter, I would have never known where I was going. TSA line was so short compared to DIA and agents didn't seem to have attitude's like they do in Denver. Was 0% happy with paying $3.50 for a diet Dr Pepper. I'll have to see what it's like after they get done with construction outside which by the looks could be a couple years down the road.
Christmas music by local schools Fast check in and security lines. And as always Southwest airlines got me home on time♡♡
