It had been over 20 years since I'd flown anywhere. My daughter and I flew on Southwest Airlines out of San Antonio to Philadelphia. The best experience every! San Antonio International Airport was, in my opinion, the cleanest of the four airports we were at. The employees from our check in to TSA to the airline staff were all excellent! Outstanding Customer Service all around! I look forward to planning more trips in the future.

I have TSA Precheck, so why do I need to remove my belt (OK, it has a big buckle, but I'm in Texas for God's sake) when I go through that line? I travel a LOT, and never did that anywhere else.

Very accessible and fairly friendly staff. Get locations were also close. Could improve customer service.

Needs better restaurants! Seems like a sit and wait airport. More environment of the land cal people.Texas BBQ would be great.

Small, cramped, and in desperate need of a consolidated rental car facility. Having so many different vendor shuttles swarming about is just nuts!

Im a flight attendant and was traveling back home with gifts. The tsa agent took my small bottle of hot sauce that i bought for my father but didnt take my water bottle, hair products etc that were over 3.4 oz. The bottle of hot sauce was $15. The tsa agents were super rude which i never experienced in the year of me being a flight attendant. I also showed them my badge & they were still rude.
