Rob damaged my mazda 3 . Took my car to him in March 2024 after recommendation of tow truck driver. Rob claimed to have cleaned my DPF. Wanted payment under a company name of My Auto Care Ltd. Did not even provide any kind of receipt. However subsequent inspection of car revealed my DPF was damaged with drilled with holes and the ECU was not even reprogrammed to account for this. Cost me hundreds of pounds to rectify.
