Excellent communication. Dr. Koo and his Physician Assistant Claudia explained injury and all options in a way we could clearly understand. Talked us through the whole process. Very pleased with outcome so far. Their time management skills are exemplary (appointments have always been on time). We would hi9hly recommend them. Henna was also very personable and easy to work with.

I had surgery on 2/7/2018 at Pro Ortho Surgery Center in Kirkland Washington, to reattach my bicep muscle, I would highly recommend to anyone that if they need Orthopedic Surgery this is the place and Dr. to have it done, Dr, Samuel Koo. his assistant Claudia Kolotay and the whole staff in the Surgery center were Great. Everything so smooth from the time I walked in the front door to the time I was done and walked out the back door. I can't say enough, Thank you all so much. Brian

Dr Koo is an extremely capable surgeon. There is none better in Seattle for rotator cuff repair, bicep tendon reattachment surgery and other shoulder and bicep surgeries. Explains things clearly, and exudes confidence with his "hip" appearance and mode of speaking which in turn engenders confidence in you that your surgical outcome will be good. The whole surgical team that Dr Koo employs is like a well-oiled machine in action, with Dr Koo the key cog.. Highest recommendation.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Koo for my shoulder surgery. He is very nice and answers all the questions you may have. I had a good feeling about him and felt very confident about my surgery which helped my anxiety. His assistant Claudia is a kick. She has a great personality and makes you feel at ease. It is a joy to go in and talk to her for follow-ups. I would highly recommend Dr. Koo and team.
