At a time when multinationals are taking over, it is refreshing to use a local business and experience first class service were the customer really is looked after and it's not just a phrase used to imply that. We had an emergency which needed solved and solved quickly. Samuel of Samuel Lewis Hearing really made sure that when my 87 year old mother in-law needed a new hearing aid before he went off on holiday, got it for her. Well done Samuel.
Got my first hearing aids 2 weeks ago, took a few days to get used to them but now I love them. No more struggling to have a conversation in noisy surroundings. Now I have the App for controlling them it is a real revelation. Sam was a pleasure to deal with, friendly but totally professional. Would definitely recommend.
