Rubbish. Paid for Luton van with tail lift. I needed to move a big deep freezer. Not given the van I ordered and paid for. I had to try use the van given, had no choice, needed to move items on that day. Did not prior let know they did not have the van I ordered. I paid for it four days before day off hire. When returned the van early as not able complete what needed to do. After complaining he ignored me did checks and drove off not telling all is fine. No response about. Much better than paying through the nose at some big brand hire company
Fantastic service. Sorted me out what I needed with 15minutes notice, no one else was able to! Cracking friendly service. Will use again.
