Ordered and paid for product, didn't arrive despite emails saying it was on its way. Ten days later, nothing. Sam's were looking into it, but then no reply, and they still have my money. Very disappointed. Doesn't matter how good your product is if your customer service is non existent.
Got the drying towel and another couple of products not used yet the towel is actually amazing
