This has to be one of the worse customer service experience that I have had in a while. It’s going on day three of trying to order tires for my minivan. One store employee and three managers later and nothing.

I don't like all the changes Sam's is making in the meat department. For example, with the packs of chicken, the pieces are individually wrapped in plastic. This is a waste using all the plastic and they made the price higher to pay for the convenience of individually wrapped portions. I always have shopped at Sam's for the meat, but will have to find another place to shop. The prices continue to get higher and the products are not as good as they used to be.

Why does the cashier ask “did you find everything?” I told her I came for Dasani water and all of it is up on the pallet racks. She did not care and kept ringing up what I did purchase. No help at all.

I do like Sams! However they need to post their gas prices, just a half a mile away it was two cents cheaper! They are supposed to be the cheapest in the neighborhood but its not true. So do not assume!
