Called in the morning because they had a product on sale. Offered to pay or send someone immediately. Was told no problem pick up when you get off work. Drove an hour in traffic only to find an employee bought the product pulled for me with my name on it. Get this 15 minutes before i arrived Manager on duty basically told me to go f*** myself. Here is a $20 gift certificate. Piss poor customer service.
Held 40 minutes to talk to someone in Customer Service after being transferred by a girl who answered when I hit 0. Called back, hit 0 like the first time, rang 10 minutes so I hung up. Called 3rd time... pressed key for Pharmacy since no option for customer service. BEWARE: Members for online ordering. TERRIBLE service and the 888-746-7726 number points you offshore AND WILL NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING. Product was supposed to be delivered this week but NO ONE knows the status and the won't let me cancel online!!! This is the Most TERRIBLE on-line shopping experience EVER by Far! Case# 200608-006160. And the second call disconnected and I never received the case number. Now working with Manager Kim at the local Sanford, FL location...but still no resolve as of now. Great staff members when I asked directions for certain things, they had things organized and lined up. Also they managed customer lines outside and inside the store in good form during this pandemic.
