I am a very happy happy shopper ,I have been with Sam for many years .When I was a business owner for 11years and private citizens for many years. I get great prices and availability was always at the top it's a good and pleasant atmosphere to shop,give me my Sams I love it..

After waiting nearly an hour on hold and then being disconnected, we are canceling our membership and sticking with BJs.

My twin grandsons, when asked... Where do you want to go to dinner, their response is always the same. "We want to go in poppies motorhome to Sam's pizza"

Signed up for Sams with a Groupon special - waited over an hour to get our card and we were then told we had to wait 72 hours to get our free items. So after 72 hours i called to see if it was loaded on my card and they said i would have to wait until morning to make sure the items were available and i would have to come in early. I will keep my BJs membership for sure. Very poor service - put on hold so many times i had to call back 3 times.
