Recently, the cuts in service are extremely apparent. There are no carts by the door because there are so many out in the parking lot blocking spots and hitting cars. The amount of staff or lack of staff is effecting wait times in line, stock on the shelves, and help around the store. When these complaints are told to management, they've made excuses such as "we cannot predict business" and "well we still have the lowest prices" and then proceed to walk away.
