Bad customer service. Should not have to spend 5 minutes at a self check out waiting for someone to help you at 9:21 AM because they did not check registers before opening the store at 9 AM. Will not be renewing membership.

What is a 5? When someone unloads your buggy packs your buggy and pushes your buggy out to your car and then loads your car yes that would be a 5 but on the other hand let's go ahead and give it a four because it was the first time that I actually checked myself out with a butt load of stuff and it was great... the line was open didn't have to wait so it was all good.
Our Medicare Part D ( Rx) required us to start to using the Wal-Mart or Sam's as our Rx store . Took the first Rx to Sam's , East Knoxville Centerline Dr . I was treated like Sam Walton . Filled the Rx , asked if I had any Rx;s' at the old place that still had refills as they would reach out and get them transferred to their store .
