Love the Instant Savings, great Sam's Club- East Towne center line Dr. Thank-You for 'all' the great service you have provided me an my family. My friends will make the drive from west Knoxville to you, they love the prices an 'Smiles'. An feel its is worth the drive. And the hard work an money Sam's puts into the Special Needs community ' says a lot about the care they have. More Company's need to jump on that wagon for our kids an adults with Special needs. ;-)
Get rid of all the people trying to sell n e something I don't want. And send to me by mail an offer for credit card. Stop the sales pitches for things at the register.
You guys would really benefit if you charged non-members something as well.. you were the last ones in town with a rotisserie chicken AND YOU ONLY HAD ONE LEFT I was willing to pay double for the chicken...
I don't like going to a store, and then be accosted to purchase items. The girl working at the Jose Eber Styling Products table wouldn't let us down the aisle, and thrust the product in our hands - even after we said "no thank you." Her comment was, "You better get it now. We are only here once a year." Then I couldn't check out without being asked to upgrade, to get a credit card and to give to a charity. Why can't people just go in and purchase their items without all the extra sales pitches?
Great selections and good prices. Check out was quick and easy. Employees were helpful and friendly and were easy to identify.
