I love shopping at Sam's Club.
We are from Indiana, was in the Smokey Mountain's on vacation and got a flat tire up in the mountains. Stopped at this Sam's Club to get tire taken care of, as we had road hazard. They got us right in with out an appointment. The man and woman at the tire center was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service.

I have never been treated or talked to badly by this store before today. I went in to refill my propane tank which I was told they do and have had done there before. They told told me they don’t do that and talked to me like I was crazy. I will not be back and I am Costco member now. Bye Sams Club won’t be back!
I used to really love this Sam's but between all the people selling and pestering you to try stuff and the last couple of cashiers have been so rude. I was in line and my wife is the member and they kicked me out cause she wasn't with me. She was in the store but had forgot something and was running back. I think we will be dropping them and switching.
Couldn't have ask for better customer service than we received today. Associates there are on point! We love this store!
I joined Sam's Club and went shopping . I buy Special Kitty for my cats at Walmart. No Special Kitty at Sam's Club. I buy Sam's Cola at Walmart ,No Sam's Cola at Sam's Club.. I buy Dr. Pepper Cherry at Walmart, No Dr. Pepper at Sam's Club. I could go on and on . I left without buying anything and went across the street to Walmart and did my shopping.
