I recommend upgrading to the plus membership, if you don't already have that. I get the prescription plan with mine. and someone who has no insurance, I've already saved enough to pay for the membership for the entire year.
Rude People who shop there and work there. This store never has anything like Sams at walker springs has. Just a lot of so called “ shoppers” wanting samples. Their inventory is not up to Standards

I bought 6 lounge chase for $159.00 each I price match at Sam’s club west side they were listed $149 $10 cheaper I asked them to adjust my invoice and give me $60 back she said she can’t to it since I bought at other Sam’s club I went back to east Sam’s club her answer was they don’t price match even Sam’s to Sam’s club even in same city it’s a joke in top of it she said west Sam’s club has competition with Costco kidding me I guess I am having wrong club membership I should be with Costco than bad customer service

they changed the curb side pick up from kiosk to use of an APP without telling anyone. I don't have an APP but everyone who did, including my daughter couldn't get it to work so they had to go inside. the girl checking people out was very rude and unhelpful. with the time spent trying to get the items brought to the car we could have purchased it in the store ourselves. and my daughter brought the items to the car. very disappointed in the service and attitude.
