PARENTS BEWARE of Sam's Club in Waldorf, MD! On two separate occasions, two employees backed up by management refused to load my groceries into my cart because my child was in the cart. The store has an unofficial policy that they will not load carts with children in any parts of the cart. I informed a manager that this was discrimination and an accessibility issue. I purchased a membership through Groupon and Sam’s club took it upon themselves to put my account on automatic renewal. When I told them I wanted it cancelled and refunded and they can’t refund it. They said they could give me a gift card or I would have to give them a a full credit card number (and all information associated with it) to send me money back.
