If there was a 0, that's what I would give them. Last year I received an email saying they were automatically renewing my membership. I called them immediately and told them I did not want to renew. Two days later they deducted the money. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges. Two days ago I rece ved notice they had taken money out of my account again for renewal. No warning this time, even though the bank told them last year I did not want to renew. So I called my bank again. They told me at the bank that Sam's... read more

Ordered items online and paid $22.00 for next day delivery. Get email that items are out of stock but the equal sweetener (that was part of my order). They never gave me option of cancelling order since items were out of stock, as it was already out for delivery. So I paid $22.00 to deliver a box of equal. Not happy at all. Will never use the service again. ATTENTION buyers...BEWARE if you order online.

I ordered a Smart 43 inch TV from Sam's club. It was ordered on 11/8/2021. When I did not get a confirmation for when it would be delivered, I went on their to check on the order and was told it was stuck in the order process. Rosa told me it will be escalated to their back office and would hear from them within 72 hours. I called back and ended up with a supervisor Jorge He kept saying that 3-5 for resolution but was vague on what that meant. I asked what does it mean? My wife went to the Sam's club in Elmsford, NY 10523 for the refund of a $9 value item, which was mischarged two weeks ago. At first, one customer service staff complained that we should come back early, a customer should not wait for two weeks for refund...... Then, this person said that they have 7 day policy and is not able to do refund after 7 days. I bought a office chair that I paid $190 from Sams Club Online. They sent a used chair, and I requested return. They picked up. And 2 weeks later, the chair returned to me again because of the bad barcode. I spent two hours two explain the situation and telling my frustration to the customer center. They are wasting my time and they still do not refund my money back!!! I am very disappointed how customer service handled my problem... Been a member for 8 years, always just the $45/month regular membership. Went into the store in a few weeks ago to buy a few things, and left. Got an email yesterday saying "we've auto renewed your membership!" And when I open the email, I see the charge is for 100 dollars. So not only was I randomly signed up for this auto-renewal, but my membership was upgraded to plus. No one answers the customer service line at the Arvada, CO location and the place looks like it's always been picked through. I have tried at least 5 times and the phone just rings and rings. What a joke. I will NOT be renewing my membership and go back to Costco where their service is amazing.

I bought Members Mark Baby Wipes from Sams Club, used it to clean my son and he got an allergic reaction to whatever ingredients they used. I bought it because it says purified filtered water. My son's private part got inflammed and swollen after I wipe him with their product. I went to the store and showed their office manager the photo. I was given $10 for the inconvenience that my son's health and safety was put to risk as a result of using their product. About two years ago my wife and I joined Sam's Club, after her mom being a member for over 25 years. At the end of our first year our secondary payment card was charged for renewal without warning. I just figured that was most likely my fault, and that I didn't read the fine print correctly. A couple of days ago the membership renewed again, but this time they charged BOTH of the cards on file without warning.
