The service of tire maintenance lacks professionalism. I purchased four tires and had them installed about six months ago. Currently, I went for tire rotation at another tire shop and I found out that two of the right rear tire wheel studs were cross threaded and were un removable without breaking the studs. I went ahead and had the studs replaced and problem resolved. Their customer service is horrible!! I have been on hold for 30 minutes and then i hung up and called back for it to ring for an additional 20 minutes more and no answer! How can a business deliberately not answer their phone! This is ridiculous.

Sharing my experience with an online order, and dissatisfaction with Sam's Club's attempts to resolve. I ordered a great deal on a new TV online, and opted for the free shipping. I was billed and provided a delivery window that was about a week away, and how someone would contact me to arrange delivery. I go shopping at Sam's almost every week for grocery. They don't have as much as a regular supermarket in variety but for what they do have the prices are terrific. Ever since I've been introduced to Sam's my food cost have gone down so much in meat, chicken laundry detergent, fruit and produce. I mean whoever heard of getting smoked Salmon for about 12.50 a lbs and it's delicious. At Sam's I get a 3 lbs Rotisserie chicken for $4.95 and it's 10X better than PUBLIX who charges close to $8.00 for a small dried up chicken. Bj's... read more

Today I had a terrible experience at Sam's Club in Pearl, MS. First, I am a regular shopper and most often I use self checkout. Today, I was second in line at self check. The lady in front of me used the hand scan on her buggy items, paid and pushed the "extra" away and took hers and left. I then moved up, scanned all my items, mostly meats and prepared to pay when a very rude customer ******* woman shoved the "extra" basket at me and demanded I move all my items into the other buggy. I signed up for internet with AT&T at Sams Club.. I was promised a $250 gift card for signing up. I was told my account with AT&T needed to be active for 30+ days and then they would send it. I still yet to get it I called August 19th they said they would send it.. I'm still waiting it's been almost 2 months. I fell ripped off and mislead plus have bo way of tracking if they even sent it. Sams club said it's AT&T and AT&T blames Sams club

When you place an order online, it should not take 3 plus weeks to arrive. Also, they boast free shipping for plus members, however many items they charge shipping on and when it's advertised on the site as on sale, they charge full price. I've been a member for almost 30 years, thinking of switching to Costco

I just saw the 1.19 star reviews. NOW I understand more about Sams. I run a business which offers Sam's items (around $2K/month purchased), and have to ask specifically for someone to check stock on items that have been out for days, only to find they show stock (which isn't there) in the system, preventing more from coming in. This should be SAMS JOB. Btw Sams, I'm going back 3 years to now, so don't "covid" this away. Inventory issues of this kind are inexcusable.
