I've experienced perhaps the worst customer ******* in my 40 years on this earth dealing with Sams Club over what should have been a simple refund. Here is my saga in chronological order: June 11: Ordered 15 Duck Brand Moving Blankets, total cost $139.28. June 12: Order shipped in two separate FedEx shipments, one weighing 4.2 lbs and one weighing 52.9 lbs. June 18: Received the shipment weighing 4.2 lbs, which turned out to be a large box of greeting cards, which I didn't order. June 22: Contacted Sams custome... read more

I shopped Sam's Club in South Sacramento (manager Corey ****** on 08/08/2021 I am sorry I did get names of the sales associates but I just wanted to say i asked for and received assistance from 5 employees. Every one was helpful, courteous, friendly and attentive to my needs. I have been an Amazon customer for a long time and finally decided to join Sam's Club. To my horror, my first order indicated that it would be 24-72 hours to ship! I called them after the third day and they said they would escalate it and it would take 48 hours to hear back! Unbelievable! What kind of operation lets it sit in the system? The customer service rep said there was a delay but she could not tell me why! How in the world do they think they can complete when a local warehouse can get an order out in a day?

This review is for the manager at the Concord CA club. This was my second time returning something and each time, they take forever to assist with a return. They should have more people at ****** *******. This manager was taking up two register to help two guests who were together when she should of used one register! Not once did SHE apologize nor say "We'll be right with you". Also one of the employee there is so slow and always strikes up a conversation for the longest to avoid the next customer. I called to cancel my membership last month and was told I would receive a gift card via email for the amount of my canceled membership. I have yet to receive an email and have spoken to 3 individuals saying an email was sent. It has not! I've looked in my spam and junk folder but nothing. I even emailed them asking for help and it's the same story. Horrible customer service.

Sams club is not worth being a Plus Member, items cost more if you ship them, even though they say free shipping, no more early hours for plus members, for 100 dollars cost not worth it

For the last 2-3 months, everytime I get gas at Sam's Club I always stop the pump on a even dollar amount. By the time I return the handle to the pump, my final sale changes by $0.01 more. I did a chat with customer service and they said i needed to call the store and report it. No, that's not my job, that it yours!. Now I ask you how many customers have they done this to? Also, it didnt matter what pump i used, it happened on each of them I did use!

We purchased a pergola in April, 2021, at Sam's Club in Albuquerque and we paid for pickup, delivery and setup. That all went fine. Six weeks later the pergola began to crack and peal. Sam's club happily agreed to refund the purchase price. But then we had to deal with the pickup, delivery and setup company, which was a major struggle.
