I talked to over 10+ reps and 4 supervisors. been almost a month and still no update about my case because ORDER VERIFICATION doesn't want to contact me, ALMOST A MONTH! or maybe over a month already (It's just that LONG that I am exhausting of counting the time!) Sam's club OVT Kept canceling all my orders because they need to verify my info. If they really want to, just call me then, it's that easy. But what did they do? CANCELLED ALL MY ORDERS!! Sam's club and other big stores are practicing something that to me is very offensive. Just before you leave the store you have to wait in line to have your receipt scanned and then the items you just payed for get scanned like you just stole them. I do not care about the excuses the stores will give like, "we just want to make sure you bought the right items" or "it's a store policy" or whatever. They should have cameras or start to lock every item they sell or whatever other measures they can think of to reduce the number ... read more

I got a membership to Sam's Club, so I could buy a mattress set, not a cheap purchase, but that's certainly NOT going to happen. In fact, I want to cancel my membership and get my money back. I had several questions because there was conflicting information about delivery and set up, time of delivery, etc. I was directed to use chat (which never should have been invented) and found I was 105 in line, but assured that the usual wait time was approx. 6 minutes. i need some help.I purchased a Television for my daughters 18th birthday from Sam's Club golden ring. I purchased it March 19 her birthday which is April 2nd she opened it maybe 2 days after. Upon opening it we were seeing evidence of it being previously opened. Only 1 peace of protective foam etc. My daughter then informed me there were no screws for the feet. She then plugs it in and it dosent work. I take the television back. They inform me the tv in the box is the same brand but not the same model. So i say ok wow. They ... read more

HORRIBLE!!! I Purchased over 1500.00 in gift cards online. 1/2 of the order was delivered and they told me that their system showed that I received the entire order. That was a challenge. Finally received the second 1/2 of the order, the package had been ripped open. I proceeded to give out the gift cards, and figured that the back of the card would have the activation instructions. Never saw anything different on the packaging. Only to find out that I distributed cards to employees all over the state of NJ and they couldn't... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two party trays a week in advance. The morning of pickup I was called 20 minutes before my pickup to be informed that they did not have the items needed to make my tray. I then informed the young lady on the phone that I needed the trays for a birthday party and the ordered needed to be replaced with an available tray. I went to the optical center to have my glasses repaired, that they had given to me crooked. I also wanted to order my contacts. I stood at the counter for 20 mins., I was 10 ft. from the worker. She never once acknowledged my existence. The woman she was with looked back at me twice. I felt intentionally ignored. They had stopped working on the other customers glasses and began talking about the weather for a good 10 mins. I spoke up and asked when I should return, upon my return I asked for my prescription. I was told I could use my EBT card online and upon joining I could not. If I used my EBT card it had to be in the store. I explained to the customer service rep that there was no longer any Sam's Clubs in my state, this is why I was asking to verify I could purchase online with my card, I joined and found out I could not use my EBT card and thought it might still be worth it. NO a chance half of their products you have to buy two before they will ship, Called the next day and had them cancel my membership and they did though... read more

Do not order tires from them. Honestly don't even shop here. I tried a week now to get ahold of someone to get an update on tires that I ordered and paid for. After getting an estimate time of 3-5 days now I'm being told a month or more. Whenever you try to get someone from management they are unreachable. Even their corporate office cannot get an answer from management or anyone at the store.
