Very disappointed with Sam's Club. I placed an order online for pick up with the same 4 items that were considered an instant savings item. When I finalized the sale online for the items I was charged full price. So I went to live chat ********* )hoping to correct the charge. I was told by ******** to check with customer service at the store. I live 40 miles away. I arrived went to customer service. ***** in customer service who was superb explained that I needed to go to pickup get the 4 items I purchased online return them... read more

I had the worst experience ever today June 12 2021 at 7:45 pm at Utica store. I been member for a long time at Sam's and loyal costumer. Today a bought my groceries and a margarita Bottle, orange flavor, that was supposed to be a gift for my friend. I paid and when I was walking out I realized that the bottle was cracked. I came back to return the bottle and when finally I was at costumer service desk the guy said you can't have money back, but you can get another bottle. I said ok. That's what I wanted. As a past store manager for two major retain companies, I have never seen the type of customer service that Sams on Capital of Texas Highway is giving. They do NOT answer their phone inquires. When i had other Sams stores try to help and corporate customer care tried calling they are embarrassed at not getting in. And by the way the South Park Meadows store has the wrong phone number down on their site. That number belongs to a real estate agent. I been a sams club member for just about month , ive have been there several times with other family members buy only became a member about a month ago. My first trip as a member i bought a cheese cake and to my surprise it wasn't that good it was undercooked. I went to their twitter page an mentioned it and they contacted me almost immediately ask me for my card number and some other info and within a few days refunded me the cost of the item ..... now thats customer service something of which as of late is lacking everywhe... read more

SAM'S CLUB CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!!!! We have been members of Sam's Club for over 20 years, but recently SAM'S CLUB HAS HAD ONE RECALL AFTER ANOTHER. THE LATEST RECALL SAID THIS.........We were notified that Clio Snacks LLC, in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has initiated a recall of their Greek Yogurt Bars and Yogurt Minis. If I could I'd give them zero stars. I purchased my husband and I new memberships at the beginning of the year. We got two new membership numbers. We have been able to use the card, but not use the scan & go nor use our new Sams Club credit card. Why?? Because you cannot update your new card in the app or online. Why is that? When the card isn't updated you may be able to purchase in the store but not on-line. I've reached out to them on line via a chat, on the phone via customer service and no one can fix this issue. Sams in store ATnT are misleading/scamming alot of people with the phone trade-in program and the incentives of purchasing from them are not given. I was with Tmobile and was convinced that ATnT would match my monthly bill of $85 if I trade in my phones. For over a month, I was told that I had to wait til my phones were received and processed by them, which will make it too late to get out of the program and it would cost me a couple of thousand dollars if I chose to cancel. Been a sams member for almost 20 years bug I'm just done with them! I purchased a Samsung watch from sams online as a gift for a friend. The delivery date kept changing on their tracking website but it suddenly showed as delivered a day ahead of time. I called the friend to retrieve the package when she gets home but she was unable to locate it. I called sams to inquire and they told me that the items are sometimes marked as delivered prematurely and that i should wait another 24 hrs. I waited and asked the friend to check ... read more

We let him know that if the recipient did not receive the item a police report could be done within 14 days of that date and then sent to us if he'd like. Horrible company. Returned 3 orders worth of items. Was told all orders were refund processed on 1/16. Only have received money back for 1/3 orders. Have been waiting 5 months for a resolution, yet am told every week that they aren't sure what has happened, and need to send it to the proper team for investigation, yet never am contacted after that.
