Samsclub is selling storage sheds in Fort Myers Florida with knowledge that a permit can't be issue for lack of proper paperwork.

I went to sams in Madison ms last Saturday morning which I'm a plus member so I went online to see how early I can go being a business owner I needed supplies got there and it said 7am which I by all means understand if hours changed due to covid but the way not only me but several elderly people was pushed out the door and told we can always cancel our membership by **** who is a store manager when my membership is up as well as several family members and my business partners we will get together and go to Costco I'll pay t... read more

They have the most awful customer service team I've ever dealt with. I pay for a $100 membership that only works about half the time. They can't figure out how to fix it. They never call or email back on their help tickets. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm even saving any money with all the time they have cost me. Do they not care that they have such a low rating?

Would give zero stars we bought water at sam's club paid for all of it just too have them tell us after we paid we're leaving that we couldn't buy more than one pack there is no sign or anything telling us that they're is a limit then they refused to sell us any water because we were arguing with them about it we called the main office and they are just as rude as there workers I can't believe they would refuse people buying water bottled water is all we drink and for them to do that is not right now I have too tell my kids ... read more

I renewed my membership online and got an email with a activation code and a code for a $45 gift card that I was to get at the desk next time I was in the store. I went in to get my groceries and they would not honor it. I cancelled my membership after being a Sam's member for over 6 years and I went to Costco. Sams club doesn't care about their members.

Back in December I placed and order for my son a gaming chair. However I was shipped out a stainless steel microwave. I was beyond ******. My son gaming room was not able to be complete for Christmas. I had to call sams 3 times before fedex finally picked up the item. I was very upset because they only offered 3 month extention on my membership. This is still an inconvenience I still have to pay the membership fee after my son Christmas was runied.

Sams club is horrible. They allow people that have stolen your debit card number to make purchases repeatedly and they do nothing about it. I would have at least expected a confirmation email or something when people were purchasing $415 and $266 orders off of my card. Shame on you sams club. If you call their corporate number you will receive no help as well. Not happy..........

Sam's Club Gifts of Memberships are a fraud!!!! I purchased 9 gifts of memberships cards ONLINE after talking to someone at the Member Service Desk at my local store, that purchasing these would be the easiest way. I received the cards which I ordered directly from the Sam's Club site, I received all 9 cards with only a packing slip and no instructions so I figured I was good to go. I went to Sam's to do my monthly shopping. I went into the ladies room. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks! Pieces of paper on the floor from the toilet rolls and towels. Mirrors were filled with water spots, the trash can was overflowing with towels on the floor. I was disgusted! I did complain to management and said he has someone going to take care of it. Really?
