Too bad minus stars aren't available. Don't bother trying to cancel your Sam's membership; they will continue removing $45 from your credit card every year for your unwanted membership, even after you tell the "NO". All you can do is file a complaint with your credit card company and wait to have the charge removed. It has happened to me for 3 years!

Was gifted a membership today and have stood in line for over 30 minutes because the sams club in Buford ga only has ONE person working in memberships .. this is absurd !

Terrible experience pre-ordering a system. As a non member, they charged $50 for a 'handling fee'. That premium price resulted in the delivery being delayed two weeks out from any other retailer. At this point, they had guaranteed shipment by the release date, and they are now back tracking that as well. My order status has not changed at all in 2 months and everything they say is a lie to cover face. Can't get through to make an appointment for my truck tires, Told to leave my # and they would get back to me. Never heard from them. 5 calls, and still can't get an appointment. Not like I candrop in as I am 50 miles away. Would not recommend them if you need service. When I bought thses tires, I was told they "couldn't get them", so I drove 200 miles to a Sam's Club that had them in stock. What kind of a system is that?

I ordered from instacart got broken eggs called there store in Long Beach California asked if I could exchange not return exchange them and was asked repeatedly if I had a receipt I did not asked if I had a membership card I did not they then said the receipt from instacart would be fine they would do it so I drove 30 min down to them just to be told by a bold headed manager no ash he arrogantly shook his head no ..... what was the point of me calling and waisting the gas! I shop at the Sam's Club in Hiram, Georgia. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Customer Service is great at processing refunds. Most of my experiences shopping instore and online have been positive. Shopping was a bit frustrating at the start of the pandemic but Sam's managed to pull it all together and continues to improve. Their cubside pickup is excellent. Online orders are quickly processed, well packed and often arrive sooner than expected. They really care about the health of their customers. My mother went to Sam's Club in Glen Carbon IL 62034 to purchased some items. As she proceeded to exit the build just like other customers, a exist staff not only checked her receipt they also opened her boxes!! Why in the world would the staff open her boxed item that was sold in a boxed packaging. None of the other existing customers were treated that way!!! I have been dealing with issues with Sams Club Online for 5 months. I have spent over 40 hours talking to many different individuals about orders I paid for online but was charged a higher amount on two transactions for one order overall. Knowone at Sams Club online or the store can resolve my issue. I did not receive all the items that I ordered but was charged for them. Each time I have called, I had to tell the first level individuals what had happened. Many say they can resolve my issue, but I never hear back from anybod... read more

I am very angry that after 20+ years of a business membership, they have discontinued the business membership without notice! I wasn't told until after I paid my yearly fee!!! As soon as year is over I will never renew again!

Hi Carrie, We discontinued the business membership over three years ago and had sent emails and had signage in the clubs as well. We also extended the business hours for a year and a half after the business memberships ended to give our members time to adjust.
