Rarely use my membership anyway. Just use it for gasoline since it's near my home. Was denied entry into Sam's Club this morning and told to come back at 10 am because I don't have a Premium membership. So ridiculous. There are literally hundreds of people shopping in Sam's Club and I'm turned away. I PAY to shop there and they deny me entry.

Worst customer service. Received a damaged dinning table set. Called customer service 5 times from past 7 business days. Every time i was given a new reference number, i was told that the previous reference number was not sent to right department and assured me this time it will be sent to right department - back office - They will call me and give the refund. But nothing happens.

I was delivered flowers from a friend thru Fed Ex today and they were destroyed. I called Sams 888 number and I read every single number on the box and was told they couldn't pull up the order. And that they do not track the FED EX deliveries. I asked for a supervisor. On hold 10 minutes- I was told there is no supervisor and that now they have the order number (hmmm how?) but can't replace them without calling the person who ordered them to get permission? Why???? They are not going to pay again (at least I hope not) and th... read more

Ordered online 3 separate times in 3 weeks and each time the order was cancelled. No communication from them. I called for status update since they hadn't been shipped. Each time I got the excuse of Covid, they're working from home or they'll escalate the issue & have the "back office" email me in 72 hrs. NEVER an email or phone call. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM SAM'S CLUB!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

This was cancelled as Mrs. Smith was asked to verify her information to push the order through and this was refused. Without verification for certain items we cannot push the order through. Highly unprofessional. Ordered stuff through them and 11 days after scheduled delivery date (3 weeks after placing order), I have not received item. I have also called customer service 5 times and have received same response: 'We have forwarded your request to back office and they will contact you in 24 - 48 hours. I personally will see to it that they reach out to you'. No response from back office, tried to cancel my order after 3 weeks, still not sure if they have cancelled it or not.

Sam's refuses to cancel my membership and keeps billing me for services that I do not want!!!! Customer service tells me they can do nothing about it and transfers me to "customer retention" who does not answer after waiting 30 minutes. This is criminal to keep auto-billing people and refuse to cancel them!!!

They have been out of stock on everything so I have to go to ****** they keep up on stock really good I hate it but will start shopping at ****** now long time member of sams

I think their customer service is HORRIBLE. I went in to purchase a ring that I had waited until my birthday to purchase, as I would have a friend here with me as well, and wouldn't have to leave the store alone with such an expensive purchase (for some of us, $1649.00). I entered the store wearing a mask and gloves asked an associate to see the ring. I'd picked the ring up out of the holder and the associate quickly tells me that I am not allowed to try it on. We have been weekly Sam's Club shoppers for almost 16 years and normally write a check for $200 -$300 each week. Yesterday we wanted to buy a new TV along with our weekly shopping. Our check was declined because the amount was larger than normal. I was given a phone number to call TeleCheck and discuss the issue with them. After all but giving them my blood, they verified the check was declined because of the larger amount. Terrible way to treat customers.
