Nightmare returning items to Sam's Club. I ordered online. Spent 40 minutes unsuccessfully trying to return items at a store. Couldn't do return online. Had to call. That was another 20 minutes. Then I had to repackage, label and drive to fed ex. I am skeptical that I will actually see a refund on my credit card. This makes no sense. Target would NEVER do this to a customer. I guess I'll be joining Costco.

We are so sorry that you had difficulty returning at the club. When you purchase online, if it is initiated at an online return the club cannot do the refund. we see that the order is on its way back and as soon as it is received the refund will post to your account.

#Samsclub so disappointed in their lack of customer service, inability to resolve an issue much less acknowledge me or the issue. I ordered a mattress set on August 1, 2020 with the delivery date by August 28th. Now it's October 14th and I'm still waiting. Now, if there had been any communication regarding the delay, I might have been more understanding. But there was none. I received a text stating my mattresses had been shipped on September 27th. My mattress got lost. No refund available. A neighbor a week later in apartment on other end of complex had it randomly delivered to his door. My two chairs did not match when they came but they are going to pick one up and refund. Being elderly on fixed income I felt very hopeless last week but this week I feel better. My previous two negative reviews are now amended. Thank you Sam's Club.

Customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a mattress and boxspring set on August 1, 2020 with a delivery date of August 28th. That was delayed....ok, COVID-19....I get it. Since then, the date has been changed 4 times with no warning! It is now October 10th. Still no mattress and I'm on the couch as I believed the last delivery Promised! And by the way, the delivery date was changed on the actual day of delivery, not prior. Called Sam's for a refund and to cancel order. They told me to call Serta though my credit card state... read more

I see several customer complaints are about undelivered mattress. My twin XL also did not get delivered and they claimed incomplete address. Seems to be ongoing problem. Hmm.

Ordered a trampoline from Sam's Club online and it has been the worst customer experience of my life. I can't begin to describe how unaccommodating their customer service line is. The trampoline was to be delivered in 3 different boxes. Only 1 was delivered and of course FedEx marked the item as delivered. So I called Sam's on 9/22 and told them about the missing boxes. Refused to replace lost $233 order and sent two non matching supposed to be matching $900 chairs. Lousy customer service .

In preparation for post surgery recovery, I ordered 2 twin xl mattresses and a Split King adjustable frame on September 6, 2020. Expected delivery date was October 6, 2020. On September 23, 2020 I received an email from Samsclub.com my order had shipped. I called XPO yesterday (9/30/20) to see what day we could schedule the delivery. The representative at XPO stated they only received 1 mattress and the shipment was "rejected" because it was not complete. Called 9 times over 3 days to tires/battery department. No one would answer, Went on line to set up appointment, Chose 2 times, Never got a response. Went to Sam's yesterday at 12:30pm(a time that I requested). Left my car and walked to front entrance. No one at tire desk. Waited and waited as employees and manager walked buy and paid me no attention. Finally manager walked up. Told him my battery was leaking, Said it might be 2 hours.
