I recently used the Sam's Club app to do a pick up order. I was charged for my items purchased plus another $60 dollars. I first assumed the $60 was a holding fee until after my purchase was completed. The $60 has not fallen off. I called Sam's customer service for assistance. They were unable to help. They stated their system did not show a $60 charge. So apparently their system is just able to charge whoever whenever without any record of it. I am having to dispute the charge with my bank. This is unacceptable!

We ordered 6 cases of canned goods from Sams Club online January 26th. Everything went good and check out was no problem. We are Plus members for our Business so the orders arrived promptly two days later. Upon opening the FedEx box that the can goods were shipped in I noticed that there were several badly dented cans. I Inspected the other cases and noticed several other cans badly dented it appeared someone had possibly dropped the cases because, two were torn open. Recently, my wife has been calling Sam's customer service monthly to remove a $39.00, late payment charge from our Sam's MasterCard bill. Our bank statement shows the electronic payment in full has been made by our bank and accepted by Sam's, but not posted by Sam's: well before the payment due date. Normally, the representitive understands and agrees the problem is on Sam.s end and not our end and removes the late fee charge. We purchased 3 recliners on nov 4 2020, took 1 home and 2d one was placed on back order for delivery. Today is Jan 18 2021 and we haven't r'cd the order yet. On Jan 4, 2021 the item was reordered and still hasn't been received. Supposedly the carrier lost the 1st one. I 'be spent at least 20 hrs on this issue with no end in sight. We've had 3 scheduled deliveries and 1 unverified delivery.

I purchased a tv on 10/2020 and was supposed to get a $200 giftcard. The tv came damaged and I refused it. I ordered a replacement and asked if I would still get my $20 giftcard and they said yes. It is now 01/2021 and I contacted customer service. They told me my model of tv never had that promotion and they want me to give them a screenshot as proof. Our business card with Sam's Club was stolen in Marietta Georgia. They know it was fraud, yet they never gave us our reward dollars back. We had over $170 stolen. We have been back and forth with them, mostly via email and they sent a final email saying the issue was solved because they hadn't heard from us. You can't call because they do they nothing either. So we have been emailing, they had heard from me. I have all the emails I sent them, yet they won't fix the issue. I guess when the Walmart Customer service is terrible... read more

Online order for tv is at a month and still haven't received it. It went from Texas to Tennessee over 3 weeks! Has switched shipping companies twice and have heard nothing. A friend ordered a tv from Walmart got it the next day. Ridiculous!
