If I could give this company zero stars I would. They made a membership renewal charge to my card that was not authorized. I had complimentary guest access and would do in store pick ups through that which is the only way they had access to my card information. Upon seeing the charge come through I called the company to cancel the charge and the membership. I received a 2021 offer in the mail to join Sam's Club for $45.00/year. The offer stated that I would receive a $45.00 Sam's Club gift card as an incentive. I completed the offer but never received the promised gift card. Recently, I received the exact offer in the mail again and was able to review and check that I understood the offer exactly. Some how someone got hold of my credit card information. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY. They accepted charges using my credit card via one of their account holders account. After many notifications they would not cooperate in shutting down the thiefs account. They said I would need the orders numbers! How would I have this information if I never placed the orders. Sam's and Walmart are two of the worst run businesses in america. Sam's renewed my membership automatically with my re-newed credit card. I called for to cancel membership and they couldn't refund my money on credit card. They wanted to give me walmart or sam's credit. Terrible!!

I have been a member with Sam's Club since 12/15/21 and I can not stress enough what a miserable experience it has been . I'm a corporate Sales Training Manager for the #1 outdoor remodeling company in the nation and over seem the training for all of their work force. Sams club ripped me off $100 and has the rudest club manager at the location in Addison. I ordered water, detergent, and pet supplies. I spent $101.35 and set up for delivery. Sams club stated they delivered to an apartment with a red door. I called customer service and reported I didn't receive my order. They argued with me and said they had delivered it to an apartment but when I asked the name of the apartments they delivered it, they couldn't tell me. There so no way of cancelling membership online. They don't send you an email to remind you that they are going to renew your membership. The website says you can call and cancel membership or go to a club in person. But even if you call to cancel, you still have to go in person to get your refund or wait 8 weeks for a check in the mail.
