I spend alot of money at sams. Have had a business account for almost 20 years...customer service in concord new hampshire just treated me like a criminal. Im absolutely floored!!! I will be canceling all my business with sams and walmart. For ever. Btw canceling my business credit card with them as well.

Shoddy practice! Warehouse had opened box of Member's Mark green beans and replaced ALL 12 cans with dented ones before shipping them out! One of the cans was even leaking!! I returned them and Sam's customer representative tried to blame shipping company! I showed her the pristine shipping box! Read multiple complaints from different consumers. This practise has been repeated! Also note "free"shipping to Plus members! The "ship to home" price is 5 to 10% more expensive than price you pay in store. Eg. Ziplock bags, parchmen... read more

I made online order for Kids craft outdoor set and supposedly have to be received on 12/06/21 and I don't received, wait a couple day to call Sam's Club costumer service and they toldme i have to contact the carrier, I called them and they said the item was returned to Kids craft on Dallas,until now nobody helps to solve this problem, finally today 12/29/21 some one help me just to receive my money back but I have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get in my account, i think this is not fear because they had my money for more t... read more

My mother and I have been a member of Sam's for YEARS and I have NEVER received such poor and incompetent behaviors from Sam's employees before in my life! I ordered several items before Christmas online to be delivered. Although it was no fault of Sam's, but of the shipping company that they chose to use, However, I spent $261.95 with Sam's online, I never received all of my items as they were delivered to an entire different building of my apartment complex and by the time we went to get them, there were 6 huge boxes and t... read more

WARNING AND FRAUD ALERT!! THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR CREDIT AND/OR COMMITTING FRAUD! I signed up for a 1 year membership with my wife as a 2nd member. My wife received a letter dated Dec 7, 2021 from Synchrony Bank saying your application was unable to approve our request for a credit card due to our SECURITY FREEZE. *THANK GOD... I returned an item and was told it would take 5-7 business days for the money to be refunded. On the 8th business day, my account had not been refunded. When I called, the person said that my refund had not been put in correctly so now it will be another 5-7 business days. It is December 21. I do not have extra. That money isn't expendable and it is very nearly Christmas. I'm sad and frustrated.

I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 3 WKS STRAIGHT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND GET NO WHERE. PEOPLE LISTEN TO ME DO NOT CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE SOONER OR LATER U WILL GET SCREWED TOO! AND ALL THEY CAN SAY IS WE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS CUSTOMER ISSUE 🙄 PLEASE! RIGHT

Worst place in the world to purchase tires. A few months ago one of my tires purchased from Sam's Club needed repair and due to a pending trip I urgently needed it fixed. I arrived at the Ontario, CA location first thing in the morning. The employee tells me I can only have my tires serviced with an appointment due to employees taking the day off. Are you kidding me?
