Sam's Club representative reported my account stolen, wiped out my old account membership after I called for a simple renewal... Now the representatives won't allow me to speak to a manager after I cried and begged for them to give me my old account back!!! I'm literally in tears because all of my receipts and history of orders since 2007 ARE GONE!!! I am total disbelief on how I am being treated. Called 5 times been on the phone for over 2 hrs trying to deal with this.

I recently filed a complaint with BBB about the lack of logistics buying online with Sans Club. A Sam's Club representative offered me a $250 gift card for the shoddy handling of an online order of $930 that I never received. They claim I was happy with this resolution. I was not. The compensation was for having $930 for weeks pending to my bank account on an order I never received. This problem was not addressed until I filed a open public complaint on BBB.ORG. Sam's Club has no control over how long an authorization hold remains on an account as that is controlled by the financial institution. I purchased a Samsung 55" QLED TV online with a total of $930 using a debit card. I never received a confirmation email nor a tracking number. They lost the order and will not cancel the order. That is a pending charge. I can not get thru to a CSR rep by phone. Each time I call there is a hour hold wait time. The foreign CSR that finally answers broken English is so bad I can't understand them. Three days later and no order or tracking number but still a pending charge of $930. I have been purchasing gas here for 2 months and my car began to stall out HORRIBLY. I called customer service and they BRUSHED ME OFF! Saying I can cancel my membership if I'm that upset about it. Terrible company, terrible service, will not return.

I will never order tires from Sam's in Fairlawn again. I order a set of tires on 11-04. They said 3 to 5 days delivery. I also purchased the install package. After 7 days and no call or emails I decided to reach out to them. Called multiple times to tire department and was disconnected both times. Called customer service with no help. Was told only 1 person was working and they were busy so call back later. So I logged in account and chatted, no help. So on 11-29 I had enough and called Katz tires. Very bad costumer service. After being a member with sams club for 25 years I have never been so ashamed at this special location. The employee (Kristi) was super rude since the beginning of my transaction. She whispered to a co worker we make her job harder by doing 2 separate transactions. She offended my mother for not speaking English. She started being super rude. I couldn't believe sams club hired her. If she doesn't like her job she should be fired. I attempted to return several sets of Member's Mark Flannel Sheet Set (Assorted Sizes and Colors). I placed the order online on Nov 14, 2021, and received them days later. I contacted customer service to see if there are limitations to what can be returned since we're still dealing with Covid-19. Hector (Nov 20), Kenny (Nov 22), Danicca (Nov 25) Ivis (Nov 27), Rebecca (Nov 30), and Ricky-#VN52UEX (Dec 1) told me that I can take the items to my local store for return. I have been a member of Sam's club on and off for decades but never again! I signed up last year and they invited me to have a friend join for free. At some point my friend was offered an upgrade to business membership for $14.00 for the remainder of the year. I seriously used the membership one time and was not going to renew. I kept receiving offers to use curbside and get $20.00 off so I gave it a try. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for my car for 45 minutes now but nobody is answering the phone (both customer service & the tire/battery dept). I even spoke with the manager. When you walk in they won't service your vehicle because you don't have an appointment.
