Very impressed. Heater stopped working on the coldest day of the year and a holiday as well. The tech from Samm's still got us on his schedule the same day even though he couldn't get there until about 8pm. He went straight to the potential problem and was able to get the heater operational again. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend him and Samm's to anyone.
