RecommendedSamm's comes out every year to service my air conditioner/heating. Javier did a great job checking out and cleaning my two units. He was on time and professional. He made a couple of recommendations and got things ready for the Texas summer.
I have been using Samm's for several years and they are very knowledgeable and courteous. I used a different company to install a new HVAC unit but kept Samm's for the spring/fall maintenance. They were here today and the unit is working fine BUT the other company did not do everything to code. I never would have known had it not been pointed out to me. The items left off were safe guards for the unit and water leaks. That company will be out later this week to get it right. I'm sticking with Samm's!
What a great company and great service technicians. Today Victor C came to perform my AC check up in preparation for the summer. He was on time, even called to tell me he was on his way with an ETA of 15 minutes. He performed his inside (system is in the attic) and outside maintenance checks efficiently and in a timely fashion. Victor even took the time to check the batteries in my thermostat and to be sure it was programmed the way I wanted. Another great job by Victor. Another great job by Samm's Heat & Air.
We have been doing business with Samm's Heating for several years now. They are always courteous, professional, and efficient. They use care when moving throughout the house. They are always happy to answer any questions we have. Every technician has given us great service. Marcus M. did the same. Samm's will remain our vendor of choice for Heating & AC work.
We had 2 units installed a year ago this past November. Excellent installation with workmen working late into the evening ot get it completed before Thanksgiving Day. Whisper quite units and comfortable weather inside the year round. Our bill were not bad before, but actually may have improved. Samm's Heating and Air provided excellent services from the first call to them. They were easy to set up scheduling and the tech was on time. Marcus identified the problem quickly and had the part on his truck. We were back up and warm again in no time. Additionally, each person I spoke with was very professional and took customer service very seriously and it showed. Thank you to all who help us.
I have used Samm's for many years. They have always been very responsive when I've had an issue (which was usually at night or on the weekend). I've had their maintenance plan for several years and they are great! They call and remind me when it is time for my check up.
SAMM's is wonderful. They installed 2 units years ago & duct work & continue to maintainance service our furnaces & A/C's I trust them explicitly. They are very knowledgeable, professional, prompt & conscientious. Thanks Samm's and Merry Christmas
