Take Notice As a single Senior Citizen, Karl and Jessica treated me very well and with respect. Both were interested in explaining the procedure to me and what to expect. It couldn't get any better.
Heater maintenance I ALWAYS prefer Samm's when it's time to maintain my AC and heater. Techs are polite, clean, friendly and efficient. Price is comparable as well. Thank you!

Samms' is absolutely a dream to work with. Emilio worked with me to get us exactly what we needed, including personally driving across the metroplex to get a thermostat that they didn't stock. Roger and his crew were thorough and detail oriented. They showed up early, stayed late and got everything done in a highly professional manner! Will definitely use them again.

I have a duplex where its a single story two unit system. I had property serviced before and set on yearly service contract. They sent a nice technician to service and only scheduled one unit. Inconveniently had to reschedule a second appointment on other unit. Service person showed up to service 2nd unit with no notice. Was quoted a price during first service appointment for the second unit. When returning at an inconvenient time and with no notice was overcharged for second appointment. Excellent service! Have been using Samm's for quite awhile now, and they always give excellent service. They do the maintenance on our unit, which was installed by them when our old unit needed replacement. Rose in the front office is always very helpful if we have any questions, and always makes the scheduling so easy!
Absolutely! Very polite and professional! Emilio Patella was very attentive and on the job to insure things were going well. Roger Lopez and his crew installed a new heating and cooling systems very efficiently and neatly. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs!
