Samm's employees are always well trained, courteous, efficient, attentive to detail. They show respect for your property and leave as clean or cleaner than the found it. Most recently they performed a cooling check on our Trane AC unit which they had previously installed. Which by the way was so well done that it is almost a work of art. The checkup was very thorough and included cleaning the condenser coil. I was very impressed and pleased with their service. Our upstairs AC unit went out. Samm’s was able to come out the very next day. The dispatcher was kind and professional. John W. came out and installed a new capacitor. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have used different HVAC companies in the past and Samm’s is now my favorite. I also love that they are locally and family owned. They have lived up to the many positive reviews I have read.

Have used SAMM’s for over 10 years. Victor C. Was the tech who made the Sunday service call and remembered us from a 2015 service call. Victor looked at the system, took pics to show us the issues. Determine new system needed. Victor immediately set up a Monday appt with Rep., Marcus for him to provide quote and schedule work. SAMM’s provided small window unit to aid in making our living room livable until work completed. We highly recommend SAMM’s, Victor C. and Marcus M.

paying to fix your a/c is just painful. ugh. but, using SAMM's makes it as tolerable as possible! I have used them for years and I totally trust these guys.
